Dough & Co is a Cardiff-born artisan doughnut brand founded by a husband-and-wife team, built around perfecting high-quality brioche doughnuts from scratch. Every doughnut is hand-made fresh daily using slow-proved dough (over 12 hours) to maximise flavour, then filled and topped with bold, creative combinations that change weekly. We accept table bookings for 2+ guests. The front and middle sections feature a retractable roof, so if the weather turns you’ll still be warm and dry. Please note: tables booked for 2–3 guests may be shared during busy periods to help us accommodate as many people as possible. Walk-ins are always welcome.
