Tiger Yard Run Club is our fortnightly social run built for Cardiff’s running community — whether you’re chasing PBs or just getting out for a steady jog.
Each session starts and finishes at Tiger Yard, with a set route designed to be accessible, social and enjoyable. No pressure, no ego — just a good run with good people.
Expect a mix of paces, a welcoming crowd, and a proper post-run atmosphere back at the yard with coffee, food and space to hang out.
This is more than just a run — it’s a growing monthly meet-up bringing together local runners, crews and communities in one place.

Yes — Tiger Yard Run Club is a fortnightly social run based in Cardiff Bay, open to all abilities. It starts and finishes at Tiger Yard on Porth Teigr Way, CF10 4GA.
We offer two distances — 3k and 5k — so you can choose what suits you on the day. Both routes start and finish at Tiger Yard in Cardiff Bay.
There’s no set pace. We cater for all abilities, from beginners to regular runners. Our host running club provides runners at a range of speeds so there’s always someone running at your level.
We don’t have official pacers, but our host club provides runners at different speeds so every pace has someone to run with. We also have a designated tail runner to make sure everyone stays safe and no one gets left behind.
Tiger Yard doesn’t have on-site parking, but The Norwegian Church Art Centre car park is a short walk away. Cardiff Bay is also well served by bus routes and cycle paths
Yes — just let a member of the Tiger Yard team know when you arrive and we’ll look after your bag while you’re out on the run.
